Questions about an official Harrison County criminal record belong with the office that created or maintains it. Court pleadings go to the Circuit Clerk, while booking records and deputy reports begin with the sheriff. Statewide open criminal-history results come from Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS. The contact routes below identify those official starting points.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference resource cannot retrieve, change, certify, or accept filings for a criminal record.

Need an Official Record?

Use the office tied to the record rather than sending one request to every agency:

  • Court files: Harrison County Circuit Clerk, Harrison County Courthouse, 1505 Main Street, Bethany, MO 64424; confirm direct phone, current hours, and copy fees before travel
  • Arrest, booking, jail, deputy report, or county warrant confirmation: Harrison County Sheriff's Office and Detention Center, 1501 Central Street, P.O. Box 169, Bethany, MO 64424; 660-425-3199
  • Sheriff counter hours: administration is published as Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; the telephone is available 24 hours
  • Missouri criminal history: Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS Central Repository through MACHS
  • Police incident report: the city or state agency whose officer created it
  • Expungement: the Missouri court that handled the eligible charge or finding, with local filing details confirmed by the clerk

The sheriff does not publish a separate records email, general web request form, or local fee schedule. Ask for electronic delivery if available, request a cost estimate, and identify the record by type, date range, location, incident or booking number, and only the names needed to find it. Missouri Sunshine Law supplies the written-request fallback for sheriff or city records.
