1. What This Website Is
Harrison County Criminal History points readers toward offices and systems that hold records, including the Harrison County Sheriff, Circuit Clerk, Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS Central Repository, and Missouri Sex Offender Registry. It does not create, own, certify, or maintain those government records. Outside search tools are operated by their own providers.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use must be lawful and must not interfere with the website or another person. A visitor may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, misrepresent an identity, bypass controls, or use content to violate privacy, court orders, or any federal or Missouri law.
3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
Information reached through this resource must not be used to threaten, stalk, harass, intimidate, discriminate against, or harm anyone. Missouri registry information exists for public-safety awareness. It does not authorize vigilantism. Using registry data to facilitate a crime is illegal, and suspected criminal conduct should be reported to law enforcement.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Harrison County Criminal History does not provide consumer reports and is not a consumer reporting agency as the FCRA defines that term. Content and linked search tools cannot be used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or another FCRA-regulated benefit. A lawful official or regulated process must be used when one is required.
